Learning Outcomes
At the end of the semester the students will be able : - to master the fundamentals on the young children's Physical Education work plan - to create (goals, content e.c.t.) appropriate P.E. activities programs for the early childhood education - to organize a safe exercise environment and suitable material for the movement - to apply appropriate for every case teaching methods - to organize interdisciplinary and intercultural activities through P.E.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Theoretical part: selected topics on child's kinetic development - goals of Physical Education in the early childhood - research findings in relation to the effect of specialized P.E. programs on movement skills development and children's mental,emotional and social development as well - P.E. teaching methods and aplication examples for young children - interdisciplinary and intercultural education throught P.E. in the school. Practical part: in an appropriate classroom the students participate in simulations of P.E. activities, bouth as young children and as teachers, so they experiance a connection of the theory onto practice

Description
ICt is used for lesson presentations (PPT) and video analysis. Internet is also used. In addition, ict is used for communication with students (answers to questions, instructions for exams and term papers etc.)

Description
Evaluation criteria are given during term time and they are attached on the studying report in this Department’s webpage. It’s about a combination of a theoretical examination (written task on specified demands, analyzing published researching articles) and a practical one (presentation of PE programs as teachers), team work or individual examination.
