Course Content (Syllabus)
This module examines the integration of intercultural education into second/foreign language teaching, highlighting the role of culture in language learning. Students explore theories and strategies for fostering intercultural competence, creating inclusive classrooms, and designing appropriate materials. Through case studies and reflective tasks, students learn to critically analyze the relationship between language and culture, adapt curricula to diverse learner needs, and address challenges in multicultural settings. By bridging theory and practice, this module equips language teachers with the skills to enhance intercultural awareness and communicative competence, preparing them to meet the demands of globalized and diverse educational environments.
