Students, after completion of the course will be able to: 1. prepare complex two-dimensional assembly drawings 2. understand the basic operating principles of assembled devices 3. enter and understand standard welding, tolerances and surface quality symbols

Course Content (Syllabus)
Drawing of assembled mechanical parts. Manufacturing drawings of mechanical parts. Welding drawings. Manufacturing accuracy and tolerances. Production methods and dimensioning practice. Surface quality. Calculations and drawing of the intersections of cylinders, spheres, cones, etc. Basic principles of CAD (Computer Aided Design)

Description
During the semester it is mandatory to carry successfully a specified number of projects (3). The final Grade of the lesson derived from the following formula: Final Course Grade = Written Examination Grade * 0.80 + Average Grade of Projects * 0.20
