Learning Outcomes
The course Analytical Chemistry offers background knowledge to the students of pharmacy. Upon completion the students will gain knowledge on key issues relating to sampling, sample pretreatment techniques, traditional methods of qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis, and processing of results. All these will be helpful to understand in continuation the corresponding specific courses of pharmacy.
Course Content (Syllabus)
Chemical solutions and solubility, chemical equilibrium, acid-base equilibrium, hydrolysis, buffer solutions; heterogeneous equilibrium, , solubility product
