Learning Outcomes
with the successful completion of the class the students are able to: -use their experience of the three-letter roots to guess the meaning of words in combination with the context -recognize and use correctly most of the basic grammatical phenomena of the Arabic Language -read and write complex syntactic structures -read medium length texts on simple topics from newspapers and magazines -do oral dialogues and presentations on topics they have practiced in class -recognize a vocabulary of about 1,200 words in total and use in writing or orally a significant percentage of it
