Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of the course, the student is expected to:
- Be familiar with enzyme purification techniques
- Be familiar with the mechanisms of action of enzymes as well as possible molecules that can be used to inhibit them.
- To report applications of kinetics and inhibition of enzymatic reactions
