Learning Outcomes
The aims of the subject are the transfer of knowledge to the students in: • teaching the taking of medical history guidance in assessing the patients general health • the main principles and methods of asepsis, disinfection and sterilization • verifying and using teeth extraction instruments • minor surgical procedures in oral cavity • the sequence of the post-extraction socket healing • the techniques of simple (non-surgical) tooth extractions and • post-extraction complications and their management
