Learning Outcomes
After the successful completion of the course, students are expected to delve into the issues taught, critically approach the current relevant jurisprudence and bibliography, cultivate their skills in writing and presenting papers, and be able to deal independently with new problems that arise in the field of individual labour law.
Course Content (Syllabus)
Upon this course the following are being examined: (a) issues that have already been taught in the undergraduate course and need further deepening, such as termination of employment contract, defective employment contracts, working time, right to paid annual leaveleave, accidents at work and legal treatment of employees' wage claims and (b) current issues of labor law, including new forms of employment, such as voluntary work.
