General Prerequisites
The course has no formal prerequisites. In order for the participants to be able to understand better the structure of the taught crimes and related theoretical issues of general nature (e.g. attempt, participation, grounds of justification or excuse) it is recommended that they have already got familiar with basic concepts and doctrinal structures of Criminal Law by attending the courses Criminal Law.
Learning Outcomes
Develop the ability to recognize and understand the main interpretive issues related to the issues taught, to use appropriate interpretive methods to solve them, to present and critically evaluate the views supported by them in science and for proper application of the provisions in practice.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The course is a physical extension and continuation of the corresponding course of the first semester and therefore their general content is identical. The teaching is enriched with the study of the extent, structure and course of certain individual categories of crimes, the identification of total crime, as well as the approach to crime of different population groups in Greece and internationally. The principles and specific aspects of European penitentiary rules are also analyzed.
