Applicants must have been positively judged on the basis of the admission process to the postgraduate program.
Learning Outcomes
Practicum gives students the opportunity to visit at least two treatment units and understand better the methods used in drug addiction treatment. During the visits students will also be informed about the role, responsibilities and obligations of treatment staff and the modes of treatment interventions. The last six hours of the programmes students will discuss and work on best practices.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Practicum will cover the following themes:
- Meeting with members and staff in at least two treatment units
- Understand how they work on addiction treatment
- Discuss staff roles and issues addressed by treatment members
