Prerequisites
General Prerequisites
The course has no formal prerequisites. In order for the participants to be able to better understand the structure of the crimes taught as well as various dogmatic issues of a general nature in relation to these crimes, it is useful to become familiar with basic concepts and dogmatic categories of criminal law and, consequently, the previous attending the courses of Substantive Criminal Law - General and Special Part.
Learning Outcomes
Development of the ability to recognise und understand the main interpretative issues related to the taught provisions, to use appropriate interpretative methods for solving them, to present und critically evaluate the opinions supported about them in science and jurisprudence and to apply correctly the provisions in the framework of practical exercises.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Basic military crimes that concern the practice are analyzed and discussed, such as disobedience, disobedience, disobedience, incapacity, etc. At the same time, contemporary issues are identified and discussed, such as: conscientious objections, the binding nature of illegal orders, the role of the soldier in allied alliances and the involvement of the military in "war crimes". Finally, the procedural peculiarities of the Military PK are investigated.

Description
The evaluation of the students is based on the examination process (written and oral) at the end of the semester as well as (auxiliary-supporting) on ​​their (voluntary) participation in the writing of theses. To ensure transparency in the evaluation of their performance, a predefined detailed score is used for each individual problem that is set to be solved in the exams. To enhance the above transparency, students are encouraged to come after the exams either in group or individual meetings with the teacher in order to see their writing and receive detailed explanations of both the way they had to answer and the way rated.
