General Prerequisites
To be able to attend and understand the contents of the lesson, students should be of a B2 level, according to the Common European Framework of Reference.
Learning Outcomes
1. Students should be able to read and understand texts - in their discipline - which consist of terminology.
2. They should be able to participate actively in the production of oral and written language using the terminology which they have learnt.
3. They should be able to answer to questions, tasks and activities using the target language, which, in this case, is English, and the terminology which they have learnt.
4. They should be able to produce a coherent text in English using the terminology which they have been taught.
5. They should be able to answer - in writing - to listening exercises and activities which they hear on a CD.

Student Assessment
Description
The evaluation of students' performance, per semester, is conducted both through written exams (hourly written exam) at the end of the semester, but also through criteria such as students’ participation in the learning process (collaboration, interest, critical thinking, creativity, etc.), as well as through individual or group work or evn projects which the students conduct during class and at home.
