Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction to statistics. Random variables. Normal distribution. Significance tests. Data sampling. Applied statistics for time series analysis. Data processing techniques using progamming languages (FORTRAN). Statistical libraries. Techniques for mapping environmental variables. Data mining techniques.
