Course Content (Syllabus)

The monotheistic religions of the world claim Abraham as their own father. The content of the subject is Abraham in the Midrashic literature of rabbinical Judaism. The course aims to research the role of Abraham in God’s plan for the salvation of the world and to understand the antagonism of the three monotheistic traditions for Abraham’s heritage of God’s promises.
