Course Content (Syllabus)
Traditional techniques. Use of hand tools. Flattening of a rough surface and grinding, using the first set of hand tools to understand the morphology and behavior of the material as well as the result obtained from each tool. Font sculpting: using the finest hand tools, letters are engraved with an internal notch on a smooth surface.

Description
Continuous assessment (daily, mid-term) Homework Oral presentations. Studio and practical exercises. Final examination and exhibition of the students' artistic work at the end of the semester.
