Life jackets with clothes. - Pool, lake, river and sea rescue techniques. - Release techniques. Towing techniques in water. - Land transport techniques. Freediving. - Underwater swimming. Breath-holding. Visibility and hearing. - Drowning physiology. Dry drowning. Freshwater and saltwater drowning. - First aid
