Learning Outcomes
In the context of this course students are expected to
-examine the content of particular banking contracts
-understand the meaning and function of credit guarantees
-deepen their knowledge on factoring and leasing
-analyze issues arising out of the hiring of a bank safe deposit box
-analyze the client legal rights
Course Content (Syllabus)
The course “INDIVIDUAL BANKING CONTRACTS” examines particular issues of banking law such as deposits, credits, factoring, payment services, credit guarantees, leasing, plastic money (debit and credit cards), the hiring of a bank safe deposit box, investment services.
