Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students: -Have been familiarized with reading comprehension in texts of their discipline. -Know the basic terms on areas such as plant reproduction, cereals, legumes and the root crops. -Know the language structures used in English for science. -Have had practice on translating texts of their discipline into into Greek.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The primary objective of the course focuses on the familiarization of students with English as used in texts of their discipline. This is achieved through the presentation of language structures and relevant vocabulary as encountered in texts presenting plant reproduction issues, cereals, legumes and the root crops.
