Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course students will: 1. Know the basic principles of fish nutrition (ethology, dietary types of fish, digestive system and fish metabolism) 2. will know the basic principles of development and quality of farmed fish and 3. will know the basic principles of preparation and administration of dietary - fish food.
