Course Content (Syllabus)
MOS transistor (second order effects), Measurement setup of MOSFET parametrs, MOS models -Basic digital circuits, Layout design techniques of Integrated Circuits, Design techniques of digital circuits, Design of Operational Amplifiers, Design of Analog ICs, Example, Homework using Cadence framework.
