Course Content (Syllabus)
The first semester concludes with courses related to the organization and operation of pharmaceutical companies, the legal forms they employ to carry out the specific activity, their operation, corporate governance, cooperation between them with informal or formal contracts, mergers, management, their subjection to self-regulation Codes, as well as issues related to international pharmaceutical law and the global production and distribution of medicines to the entire human community, which disposition attempts to combine the characteristics of a free but at the same time controlled economy , with the aim of protecting public health.
