Course Content (Syllabus)
The concept of Spatial Economics. Analysis of the appropriate place to create a facility. The determinants of transportation and transportation costs. Earnings and location. Revenue and location. Definition of the decision of where to establish a facility under uncertainty. Land-planning templates of installation. Installation of large enterprises with a multiregional classic theory of central location. Theory of central location and templates of distribution of cities based on population size. Land-planning structure of cities (land revenue and the competition between land use, land value, theories of use of agricultural land, theories of use of urban land).
