Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will: • Understand the functional anatomy and physiology of the dancer's body; • Understand the acute changes and chronic adaptations of the body in dance activities; • Realize the value of preventive medical screening in dancers; • Understand the benefits of dance on the physical and mental health of dancers • Knows the main health disorders of dancers • Knows the basic principles of hygiene in dancing activities
