Learning Outcomes
Students in the course: * Evaluate the structure, content and production methods of different audiovisual works. * They will compare the various audiovisual species, through their history and evolution, discovering correlations or differentiations. * Understand the role of new technologies in audiovisual works * They will understand the specialized techniques of capturing and processing the Moving Image through compositing processes (synthesis of multiple video streams for the creation of a new image). * Experiment with the specialized techniques of shooting and processing the Moving Image creating a complete audiovisual product promoting artistic and scientific research. * They will expand their expressive capabilities and at the same time their visual visual.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Students in the course: * Evaluate the structure, content and production methods of different audiovisual works. * They will compare the various audiovisual species, through their history and evolution, discovering correlations or differentiations. * Understand the role of new technologies in audiovisual works. The theoretical part includes two educational modules: the presentation-through screenings and lectures - of artistic forms of expression such as video-art works and new digital art forms (new media art), artistic and experimental cinema and documentary oriented towards a dialogue between them, at the level of form, structure, content, production processes and cultural tradition. The laboratory part includes learning, through exercises, selected software, professional specifications, for advanced compositing techniques such as Matchmoving (synthesis of real video images with graphic images), through which images from different sources, synthesizing into a single seemingly complete and unbroken whole, as well as technical shots necessary for the production of the appropriate material.

Description
Screenings of works and presentations of artists are held. Video lectures and software tutorials are held. Artistic laboratory research is carried out using the equipment of the laboratory (video studio, computer room). An online information survey is carried out.

Description
1. Progress within the laboratory (mid-term examination, daily examination). 2. Homework. 3. Oral presentations of work. 4. Examination of the artistic work of students. In a large percentage, the student's presence in the laboratory, his participation in the activities of the laboratory, the presentations of work, etc.are positively evaluated. This is followed by research, the development of the topic and the quality of the results.
