The concept of learning through encounters is based on the following four phases: 1.Preparation on a common topic chosen by the participants. 2.Participation for a online Encounter Day via videoconferencing where small, mixed groups take turns to present a common topic from their own perspective. 3.Discussion on the different perspectives and opinions. 4.Reflection on their experience during the Encounter Day.
