In the context of this course students are expected to
-study insurance and investment contracts
-address intractable issues arising from the insolvency
-analyze the investor legal rights
-examine the traveller legal rights in case of the organiser’s insolvency

Course Content (Syllabus)
The course “Law of commercial contracts II” examines in detail inter alia insurance contracts, transportation and travel contracts, particular issues of interest in the context of negotiable instruments, investment contracts and issues arising out of one contracting party’s insolvency.
