Learning Outcomes
STUDENTS WILL ANALYZE AND LEARN SOURCES OF FUNDING, SPECIFIC FUNDING ISSUES, ISSUES REGARDING DIVIDEND POLICIES, CAPITAL COST AND MORE. BASED UPON THEORY AND CASE STUDIES STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO ANALYZE FUNDING METHODS AND DEAL WITH TOOLS/METHODS REGARDING CAPITAL STRUCTURE, FUNDING ISSUES, DIVIDENT AND SHAREHOLDERS, AND ISSUES REGARDING FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND COST. THIS COURSE GIVES THE OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS TO GET TO KNOW REAL FUNDING CIRCUMSTANCES AND CAPITAL ISSUES.
