The students will learn about the developmentally appropriate practice for preschool-aged children and in the lectures and the conversations that take place in the classroom they will develop knowledge, form opinions and exchange ideas for basic issues concerning the education of young children and the developmentally appropriate practice for them.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The developmentally appropriate practice in the preschool programs for children aged 0-6 years.Organization and function of the kindergarten based on them. Planning, application and evaluation of activities according to the program of the kindergarten and the developmentally appropriate practice. The role of the child, the teacher, the parents and the society in the educational process of a classroom based on the developmentally appropriate practice.
