Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be able to: 1) identify and describe the goals and objectives of science and geology education and teaching based on contemporary learning theories 2) compose didactic targets 3) distinguish and select appropriate teaching tools and instructional resources 4) design and organise an assessment process 3) organise and present a comprehensive lesson plan through individual or collaborative processes. 4) organise and present a complete teaching of geological content

Description
1. Written Examination ('proodos') with short answer questions on theory. It constitutes 30% of the total score. 2. Submission of Exercises/Reports. It constitutes 30 % of the total marks. 3. Organization - implementation - presentation of micro-teaching. It constitutes 40 % of the total score.
