Upon completing this course, students will: • Possess fundamental and specialized knowledge about the nature and content of psychological methods and techniques used in athlete preparation to enhance their performance. • Understand the cognitive mechanisms and processes that govern psychological preparation in sports. • Possess applied psychological knowledge and scientific tools to provide specialized guidance focused on maximizing athletic performance. • Be able to promote interdisciplinary knowledge and advance interprofessional collaboration in modern coaching processes aimed at achieving high athletic performances.

Description
Preparation and active participation in the course (10%). Individual written assignment (20%) on a topic related to the course content, along with a presentation of its summary (10%) in a predefined contemporary teaching setting. Responses to development and critical thinking questions posed during asynchronous lectures (20%). Final examinations (40%).
