Τhe course deals with issues related to the determination of the law applicable to private international law relationships, as indicated by the conflict of laws rules of either national legislation or EU Regulations.

Description
Writing of essay, oral presentation, participation in discussion during the classes, oral examination.
The grade of the oral examination at the end of the semester constitutes the 50% of the final grade and writing of essay,
oral presentation and participation in discussion during the classes constitute the other 50% of the final grade.
