Learning Outcomes
Students will familiarize themselves with the definition and types of peritonitis (primary, secondary, tertiary), the pathophysiology of each form, the responsible microorganisms will be identified, they will be able to identify the clinical picture and apply diagnostic methods. The importance of obtaining material for microbiologicals will be discussed
tests/culture as well as therapeutic methods, prevention, role-species-modes-dose
time of administration of antibiotics, modification/de-escalation of administered antibiotics
