Learning Outcomes
The course participants will be able to:
- combine and represent legal and technical cadastral issues,
- process the data of the Cadastral Survey,
- confront scientifically the legal and technical problems of the acts resulting in geometric changes (either for changes caused by a deed or large scale changes).

Course Content (Syllabus)
Main principles and Concepts. Land Registration Systems, Cadastral Types, Legal Background, Institutional Framework, Land Tenure, Compilation (Adjudication, Cadastral Surveying), Cadastral Books, Cadastral Maps, Cadastre’s Operation (Maintenance, Updating, Information and Predicts, Administration), Cadastre and Land Information System, Examples of Land Administration Systems, Modern Trends and Perspectives.
