Learning Outcomes
1. Understand the content of the modern concept of sustainable development. 2. Know the basic principles that govern modern international economic relations and in particular the spatial mobility of capital and goods. 3. Understand the concept and operation of the balance of payments. 4. Evaluate the importance of tourism for the direct and indirect strengthening of the competitiveness of the domestic economy. 5. Understand the concept of sustainable tourism development and recognize related potential problems and/or prospects.

1. Modern concept of sustainable development. 2. Basic principles governing modern international economic relations and in particular the spatial mobility of capital and goods. 3. Meaning and operation of the balance of payments. 4. Importance of tourism for the direct and indirect strengthening of the competitiveness of the domestic economy. 5. Related potential problems and/or prospects for sustainable tourism development.
