Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction to bioinformatics. Introduction to Computer Programming Bioinformatics in mathematical neural models in the brain. Computational Microbiome Analysis. Identification of the DNA replication initiation site by bioinformatics methods. Next Generation Sequencing: Applications and methods Computer programming with the R programming language Metabolic pathways and the KEGG database: Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes. Sequence alignment.
