Students will be able to design a evidence-based rehabilitation program for mentality, emotion and self-awareness on individuals with acquired brain injuries and other neurological and psychiatric disorders.
Course Content (Syllabus)
This course focuses on neuropsychological rehabilitation theory and practice for brain damage and other neuroscientific disorders. Its topics include the principles of neuropsychological rehabilitation, re-emerging issues and trends, and the relationship between neuropsychological assessment and intervention, as well as a review of research-based interventions on intellect, emotion and self-awareness. Case studies will be presented
