Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will:
1. know the basic elements of the current legislation regulating clinical practice
2. be familiar with the search for the provisions of health services to adolescents in Greece
3. be familiar with the search for the provisions gof adolescent health services at an international level
4. be able to propose the basic approach to cases with legal dilemmas in adolescent health care services

2. The role of the Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist in cases of cooperation with the judicial authorities: Conducting and writing a Child Psychiatric Expertise
3. The treatment of the minor victim from the point of view of the Juvenile Prosecutor
4. The role of the Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist in cases of cooperation with the judicial authorities: Psychiatric-forensic cases of family situations: abuse, divorce, custody of minors, communication issues
