Course Content (Syllabus)
The course aims to introduce students to Italian culture. Teaching units are provided that delve into the language and Italian culture and in particular into the themes of the history of the Italian language, literature and the arts. Students are given the opportunity to get to know and appreciate the Italian reality, at a national and local level, through a journey through history, art and culture. In addition, to get to know Italy, as a geographical place, the urban space and the countryside, to delve into the Italian language through the reading and study of works of literature and culture with the use of multimodal teaching materials.

Description
Description Students will be assessed in two ways: 1. Students who attend classes and have no more than three absences during the semester will be assessed on two presentations (using PowerPoint presentations) on topics chosen from those covered in the course, one in the sixth lecture and one in the final lecture. 2. Non-attending students will be assessed with final oral exams during the exam period, with the presentation of two topics chosen from those covered in the course using PowerPoint presentations.
