Course Content (Syllabus)
Rules of law and separation of powers. Scope of forest and environmental legislation. Subjects of legal relationships. Rights in Greek law. Recognition of rights in rem. Rights on forests. Progression of the Greek forest and environmental legislation over time. Forests and natural environment in the 1975 Constitution and its Revision. Forests in International and European Community Law. International Organizations and Institution for the environment and forests. Fundamental principles of the Greek and European legal Community order for the protection of forest and environmental wealth.
