General Prerequisites
Students who want to study the specialty “Aerobics & Weight training II” must have a comprehensive framework of knowledge and practical skills about modern group exercise programs. Participants should be familiar with the structure, analysis and application of core strengthening, circuit training and cross training techniques, and should be able to develop skills in adapting programs for different fitness levels. Particular emphasis is placed on the knowledge of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), as well as TABATA methodology and Core Training, so that students will be able to design and implement safe and effective physical training programs for various population groups.

Upon completion of this course, students will acquire:

- In-depth knowledge of TRX training methods, understanding the importance of balance, stability and dynamic strengthening.
- Analysis and application of Body Bars training principles, using bars and external resistance for muscle development.
- Theoretical and practical understanding of Core Training, with emphasis on developing stability and motor control.
- Specialization in advanced Reformer Pilates techniques, utilizing equipment such as Cadillac Reformer, Tower Reformer and Wonda Chair.
- Structured knowledge of muscle strengthening training strategies, using free weights and specialized equipment.
Skills:
- Design and implementation of personalized TRX and Body Bars programs, tailored to the needs of different exercisers.
- Development of Core Training protocols, focusing on improving core stability and functionality.
- Practical execution and instruction of Reformer Pilates, adapting exercises according to the fitness level of trainees.
- Evaluation and implementation of hypertrophy, strength and muscular endurance training strategies in gyms with specialized equipment.
- Development of communication skills in coaching coaching so that students can correctly apply the coaching process.
