Learning Outcomes
With sucessful completition of the module students should be able to:
a) describe basic theories and interventions b) develop methodology of exercises c) explain, display and revice basic movements in the area of winter sports d) To design and apply an exercise program for a group of individuals based on the principles of winter sports
Course Content (Syllabus)
Basic knowledge of learning skiing.
Skills
- To acquire the ability to go down a simple ski slope.
- To get to know the various weather conditions that prevail in the mountain.
- To protect themselves and others from any dangerous situations.
Skills
- To be able to teach the first steps in skiing to beginners.
- The learning of beginners should be in line with the correct teaching methodology
