- Analysis and application of circuit training and cross training.
- Understanding the principles of HIIT, TABATA methodology and the importance of training intensity.
- Distinguish between functional training and conventional strengthening methods.
Skills:
- Design and execution of integrated physical training programs.
- Selection and application of appropriate strengthening and functional training exercises according to the fitness level of the trainees.
- Use of equipment (tires, dumbbells, bars, boxes, fitballs) in different forms of training.
- Analysis of training performance data and adaptation of exercises based on the needs of the trainees.
- Development of coaching skills for the correct execution of exercises.
