Learning Outcomes
By the end of the semester, students will be expected to:
- be able to recognize, describe and compare between the various kinds of hymnographical texts
- discern and describe the theological elements of the hymnographical texts
- analyze the hymnographical texts in a critical way and in comparison with other theological texts
- recognize, describe and distinguish the principal characteristics of hymnographical texts of individual hymnographers
