Course Content (Syllabus)
Techniques for separation and analysis. Sampling. Quality Control. Proteins, amino acids, sugars, lipids and lipoproteins, enzymes, laboratory investigation of endocrin and renal function, stomach, pancreas and intestine, acid base balance.
