Learning Outcomes
After completing the course and successfully passing the exam, students will be able to understand the legislation governing a public contract and be able to refer to the relevant legislation. They will know the basic principles of EU law and how it is applied throughout the life cycle of a project (Financing – Tendering – Execution – Operation & Maintenance).
