Learning Outcomes
After the successful completion the students will be capable of:
1. Understand the External and Internal Environment of a company (PESTEL analysis of the external environment, suppliers, competitors, clients, etc.).
2. Conduct a SWOT analysis (S: strengths, W: weaknesses, O: opportunities, T: threats).
3. Analyze the Organizational structure of a company
4. Analyze the Human Resources and Estimate the Human Capital through the use of Human Metrics.
5. Conduct a Financial analysis of the company using the appropriate financial ratios.
6. Use of decision tools (to be discussed). A software will be presented. Supplementary pdfs will be provided.
7. Understand what Enterprise Risk management involves and through the @RISK software to perform risk analysis.
