Course Content (Syllabus)
- Introductory Session: Educational use of digital tools and their integration into teaching activities based on the inquiry-based and constructivist 5E instructional model, including formative and summative assessment activities. - Simulations and Virtual Labs for the teaching of physics concepts and phenomena (e.g., PhET, Seilias, MyPhysicsLab, SEP). - Student Presentations and Peer Feedback - Digital Tools for Video Editing and Content Creation for teaching physics concepts and phenomena (e.g., EDpuzzle, Book Creator, Animaker). - Student Presentations and Peer Feedback - ChatGPT as a Tool for Designing Physics Instructional Activities: Introduction to prompt design and AI-assisted lesson planning. - Student Presentations and Peer Feedback - Interactive Digital Tools for Assessment (e.g., Quizlet, Kahoot, Google Forms, Slido, Mentimeter). - Student Presentations and Peer Feedback - Digital Tools for Formative Assessment (e.g., infographics, Wordwall, CrosswordLabs, digital crosswords, concept maps, word clouds). - Student Presentations and Peer Feedback - ChatGPT as a Tool for Designing Diverse Assessment Activities: Prompting strategies for AI-supported evaluation. - Student Presentations and Peer Feedback
