Course Content (Syllabus)
Each postgraduate student is appointed to one of the research groups collaborating with the MSc and actively participates in current research work. In this way, he/she acquires real-time research experience (hands-on-experience), under the conditions of a research laboratory / study and improves soft skills and ability to collaborate. Essentially, the research methodology project provides the necessary research training before the commencement of the compulsory, research and original Master's thesis. The student is graded on the basis of a project repprt submitted and examined by his/her supervisor. The available research topics are announced annually on the website of the MSc.
Description
The student is in regular contact with his/her supervisor and exchanges information related to the subject of the dissertation. The way of communication is mainly face-to-face, but alternative forms of electronic communication are also utilized: email, skype, zoom.
The supervisor provides the student with electronic material for study that includes: slides, notes, software (data acquisition data processing and interpreation), measurement sheets, special videos.
