Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction to Palaeontology. Fossils and fossilization. Palaeontology and dating. Theory of evolution. Classification of invertebate fossils (Porifera, Cnidaria, Bryozoa, Vermes, Mollusca, Arthropods, Echinoderms, Graptolites)use of fossils in Stratigraphy and paleoecology.
