Learning Outcomes
The purpose is to study the design and implementation of Gymnastics for All programs, as a non-competitive sport and collective participation, with the aim of the all-round development of participants of different ages to promote lifelong physical activity. Students will practice in designing, develop and implement programs for contest and festival of GfA.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Topics 1. Gymnastics for All as a sport of non-competitive nature and participation - Historical review 2. Organization of the sport in Greece and Internationally. Different actions for different target groups. 3. General elements for the design and presentation of general fitness programs. 4. Principles of composition/creation of GgO programs 5. Adapting the technical requirements of gymnastic sports as a means of promoting health and lifelong exercise (part 1) 6. Adapting the technical requirements of gymnastic sports as a means of promoting health and lifelong exercise (part 2) 7. Didactic approach to learning basic motor skills in people participating in GfA programs. 8. Basic principles of choreographic preparation for different groups of practitioners. 9. Designing compositions with an approach of innovation, originality and variety and developing an exercise program using non-conventional gymnastic instruments and alternative portable instruments (objects of daily use). 10. Practical application of choreographic preparation for different groups of trainees. 11. Fitness Compositions for All with large fixed organs (conventional and non-conventional). 12. Age as a factor in designing Fitness for All programs. 13. Code of Points of GfA programs. Analysis of evaluation criteria: on entertainment value, on overall impression, innovation, originality, variety, technique, safety.
